Volunteer Opportunity with the Public Service Committee: Let’s Play in Dirt!

Let’s play in dirt! Join the PRSA Richmond Public Service Committee on Saturday, April 22 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Sankofa Community Orchard to assist in planting veggies, trees and fruiting shrubs and other activities like weeding and replanting of perennial flowers in the pollinator garden. Sankofa Community Orchard is a two-acre food justice and climate resiliency demonstration located at 309 Covington Road in Richmond.

Please dress appropriately for gardening activities! Bring gloves if you can!

RSVP online by 4 p.m. on Wednesday, March 22, 2023 to reserve your volunteer spot.

Registration is open to current PRSA Richmond members, their guests and students.
