About the Program

Becoming a highly effective leader is the most important thing you can do to achieve and surpass your agency, department, corporation or organization’s goals. Grab your lunch and join your PRSA Richmond colleagues during our normal luncheon date for a virtual, one-hour program with Ken Jacobs, principal of Jacobs Consulting & Executive Coaching. The program will be held from 12 to 1 p.m. and include a brief update from Chapter President Windy Campbell.

In this session, you’ll learn about the actions you must start doing now, or in which you must improve, to become the compelling, inspiring and magnetic leader you’ve always wanted to be, and that your teams, peers, stakeholders and even your boss will actually want to follow. Learn the reasons why those actions/skills are so important and review a list of practical actions to implement in your job.

Thank you to our program sponsor, Padilla.
